Know Your Tenants' Rights in Massachusetts Video Campaign
CAAS Community Organizers are promoting a multilingual video campaign to inform residents about their rights as tenants in Massachusetts! We’d like to invite you to be part of this campaign by sharing our first video on Self Eviction with your clients and community. The next topics in this video series will include accessing rental assistance and issues of housing discrimination.
It's critical that our community members know that regardless of immigration status, renters/tenants have legal rights, including the right to remain in their homes. There's help available, especially in Somerville, and CAAS Organizers can connect them to resources, or advocate for them in case they have issues with their landlords.
