Free Preschool with Head Start
Are you looking for affordable preschool? CAAS Head Start is a comprehensive preschool and childcare program that promotes children’s education and development through early learning, health, and family well-being services.
Housing Advocacy Program
Do you know your rights as a tenant? CAAS' Housing Advocacy Program (HAP) provides a wide range of services to low-income individuals at risk of homelessness, including preventing evictions.
Community Organizing
Are you having issues in your building? CAAS can help you organize! We work to eliminate the root causes of economic injustice by engaging low-income residents in collectively pushing for social change.
Free Tax Preparation
Are you getting all the tax credits you’re eligible for? We provide you with free tax preparation assistance that can help reduce your tax burden and get back money that can help you build savings and pay off debts.

“[CAAS] fought for my dad’s rights and guided us in decision making. You showed compassion, made my dad more confident and allowed him to understand the process.
I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You kept my dad off the streets and kept him from losing his house.”
